The Illinois Department of Public Health requires that all food service establishments that prepare and serve food to have a certified food service manager on the premises at all times food is being handled.
In order to receive this Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification (FSSMC) from the state of Illinois, the employee must take an approved 8 hour training course.Our course is approved by the Illinois Department of Public Health for this mandatory certification.
